If you only read the Toolkit for social and environmental entrepreneurs, no more information is collected than is typically collected in server logs by web sites in general.

If you contribute to the Toolkit, you must first register in order to obtain a username and password. The Toolkit is hosted on the servers of the International Institute for Sustainable Development. The information you provide will therefore be retained by the International Institute for Sustainable Development and protected in accordance with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than that for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or, as required by law. Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

In general, information provided as part of registration will be used for the purposes of maintaining the Toolkit.

Be aware that every word you post, whether in pages or discussion areas, will be publically accessible.
